Monster Mash - Trick-or-Treat Tent

Volunteer Description

Get ready to howl with excitement — the Oso Grande Monster Mash is coming to campus on Friday, October 23, 2026 from 5PM-7PM! Join us for an evening of spooky fun featuring: 🍬 Trick-or-treat tents loaded with candy 🍕 Food to fuel the fright night 🎶 Music to get everyone dancing 👻 Costumes encouraged — come dressed as your favorite character, superhero, or creature of the night! We can't wait to see the Oso Grande community out in their best costumes for a night of tricks, treats, and community spirit. Want to host a Trick-or-Treat Booth? 🍭Get inspired and sign up to decorate a pop-up shade! Select a booth theme where you will hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. We encourage you to get creative with your decorations, think spooky, silly, or fun! Adding extras like string lights or glowing accents will not only help set the mood, but also make your booth shine as the sun goes down, and help the kids see your display better. 🎃 One added touch that can make your booth even more exciting, is to add a game or interactive component. Some examples of this are: carnival style games to match your booth's theme, a wheel to spin for candy, etc. 🍫Who? Oso Grande Families or local businesses that want to support our school & advertise…ALL participants are welcome! Candy will be provided at your booth for all school family participants. Businesses will need to provide their own candy or treats to hand out. Come be a part of the fun and bring your booth to life at our Monster Mash!
